Terms of Service

1. The app

Phoebe is a game provided by RPRE Tech Studio for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
• submit falsified scores, automate play, or otherwise abuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the leaderboard backend;
• choose a leaderboard handle that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights;
• use the app in any way that breaks applicable law.

We may reset or remove leaderboard entries and handles that violate these terms.

3. Advertising and virtual items

The app offers optional rewarded ads that grant an in-game extra life. Extra lives and any other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may change or disappear in future versions. Ads are served by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's terms.

4. Availability

The app runs offline; the optional leaderboard is provided "as available" and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We are not liable for lost scores or progress.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RPRE Tech Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and is incorporated into these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
